Introductions to the people who can buy from you.
Matchwell Partners connects your company with customers, contracts, distributors and suppliers. We make each introduction only after both sides want the conversation. You pay a success fee, and only when it leads to business.
Senior people with budget and authority to decide.
We work at the level where contracts are signed. Each introduction is written for the role it reaches, in plain language, with a clear reason to talk.

You tell us who you want to meet
Name the type of company, the region and the outcome you need. We agree on the buyer or partner, the company size and the problem you solve. We confirm the terms in writing.
You decideWe confirm interest on both sides
We check that the company has a real need and wants to talk. We send you a short summary of the opportunity so you can decide whether to proceed.
Both sides agree firstOne email, a direct introduction
We write a short, clear introduction that puts both decision-makers on one thread. Once they are talking, we step back and the conversation runs.
We step backConfidentiality. You see the company and the reason before anything is shared. You can say no at any point. Your name is shared with a company only after you agree to the introduction.
No retainer. You pay only when an introduction leads to business.
We do not ask for a monthly fee. Our fee is a success fee, agreed in writing before we begin, and it applies only to introductions you accept.
Nothing to pay up front
There is no monthly retainer and no setup charge.
A fee only on real results
The fee applies only when an introduction you accepted leads to a real conversation or a completed deal, as defined in the agreement.
Written terms before any name is shared
A short, plain-English agreement sets out the terms. You can decline any introduction you do not want.

Dear Ms Hart and Mr Okafor,
I would like to introduce you to each other, with the agreement of both your teams.
Halden Freight is expanding its cold-chain network into the Gulf this year and is looking for a packaging partner who can deliver consistent temperature-safe supply. Solace Packaging has the capacity and the certifications Halden asked for.
Each of you has confirmed you would like a first conversation. I have suggested a 30-minute call this month, at a time that suits you.
I will step back from this thread now. Thank you both.

A cold pitch asks for a meeting. A warm introduction gives both sides a reason to take one.
Most senior people receive a steady stream of unsolicited pitches, and they are right to be cautious. What earns their time is a clear reason, a trusted messenger and a short ask.
That is what I try to deliver. I make an introduction only when I believe the other side has a real need and would benefit from talking to you. If the fit is not there, I will tell you so.
If your company wants more customers, partners or suppliers, tell me who you want to meet. I will tell you honestly whether I think I can help.
Tell us who you want to meet.
Send a short note with the type of company, the region and the outcome you need. We reply within two working days.
- A good note has three lines
- 1The type of company you want to meet
- 2The region or country
- 3The outcome: a customer, contract, supplier or partner
No forms, no pressure. Your note goes straight to Tanveer.
